Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-01
NextGen Identity Security (nextgenidentitysecurity.com) is published by Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we"). This policy explains what personal data the site handles. The site has no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can read every page and use the calculator and comparison tools without giving us any personal data.
Who is responsible
Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you send a message, we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. For a copyright notice we also receive the details that notice requires, such as the work concerned, the URL of the material and your electronic signature.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, browser and device details, the page requested and the time. This is used to operate and secure the site.
- Google Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When fonts load, Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
The site does not store anything in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage and sets no cookies. The calculator and comparison tools keep your choices in the page address (for example ?topic=itdr), not in storage. The site loads no analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site, to serve its typefaces, and to read and answer messages you send. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Israel, where we are based, and by providers in other countries. Israel has an adequacy decision from the European Commission. For other transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need to handle them, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
